Born in 1938 in Singapore, Koeh Sia Yong is an artist whose works on Singapore, among other subjects, have contributed substantially to the local arts scene. His extensive body of work consists of oil paintings, woodcut prints, and sketches, with the subject matter being as varied as the mediums.
