Siobhain Anders is an American meteorologist working at News 4 as a weekday meteorologist. In addition, she has worked in many television stations from San Antonio to the Rio Grande Valley.
Anders graduated from Alamo Heights High School and later on, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Trinity University. Siobhain then transferred to Mississippi State University, where her long, hard hours of studying paid off with a degree in Broadcast Meteorology.
Anders works at News 4 in San Antonio where he serves as a meteorologist and she is interested in understanding the complex weather unique to South Texas. San Antonio is her native home and she is a fifth-generation Texan.
She has worked in a number of television stations from San Antonio to the Rio Grande Valley. In addition, her first love is the weather, however, her second love is the entertainment field and she has covered the entertainment beat for almost five years.
Furthermore, a number of her favorite interviews include; Shirley MacLaine, Reba, Â Prince Charles, and Peter Jennings. Her family has been residing in Texas for five generations and she has passed on her red hair to her two daughters. During her free time, she enjoys swimming, riding horses together with her family, traveling and is a realtor running her father’s flooring business.
Anders was born and raised in San Antonio as a fifth-generation Texan in the year 1966. She, however, manages to keep information regarding her dates of birth away from the limelight hence it is not known when she celebrates her birthday. She is 59 years old.
Anders stands at a height of approximately 5 feet 7 inches (1.70 m).
Siobhain’s ancestors have been in Texas for five generations! Her trademark red hair was passed down to her two daughters, and her family is now known as “Red Head Central.”Siobhain works as a realtor and runs her father’s flooring business in her spare time.
